Carlos Vazquez appeals from his sentence of 180 months' imprisonment for conspiracy with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B)(ii), and 846. In his first appeal, we vacated his original sentence of 110 months' imprisonment upon holding that it was procedurally unreasonable because the district court based it on an impermissible factor—its disagreement with how the Guidelines' career...
