Juan Carlos Rivera-Ordaz was indicted on one count of illegal reentry after deportation in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a) and (b)(2). Rivera-Ordaz was convicted by a jury and sentenced to 41 months' imprisonment. On appeal, he challenges the district court's1 denial of a reduction in offense level for acceptance of responsibility and argues that the district court improperly viewed the Sentencing Guidelines...
