Danny Lee Raplinger was indicted on one count each of sexual exploitation of a child in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a) & (e) and § 2251(a) & (b); distribution of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(1) & (b)(1); and possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B) & (b)(2). Raplinger was convicted by a jury on all three counts and sentenced to 457 months...
