Defendant, Ronald Gene Weaver (Weaver), was convicted by a jury of (1) conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), and 846; and (2) possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A). The district court1 sentenced Weaver to two concurrent sentences of 300 months imprisonment...
