Defendant Peggy Franklin-El appeals her convictions on fifty-two counts of healthcare fraud and one count of obstruction of justice. The principal issue on appeal is whether sufficient evidence supports these convictions. In addition, Defendant contends the court erred by declining to dismiss the health care fraud charges as unconstitutionally vague.
