Carl Dean Wynn, Jr., pled guilty to impersonating a federal officer, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 912. The district court2 sentenced him to a term of twelve months' probation. The court later revoked Wynn's term of probation for violating the conditions of the sentence and sentenced him to 12 months' imprisonment and an additional 12 months of supervised release.
