Plaintiffs appeal the December 4, 2006, order of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, dismissing their action with prejudice pursuant to the Securities Litigation Uniform Standards Act of 1998 (SLUSA), 15 U.S.C. § 78bb(f). This appeal presents the question whether SLUSA requires the dismissal of the entire action when the action includes some state law class action claims that clearly may not be maintained...
