Damian Antonio Murphy appeals his conviction for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and hydromorphone, in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. §§ 846 and 841(b)(1)(C) (2000 & Supp.2008), and for possession of counterfeit currency, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 472 (Supp.2008).
