MELLOY, Circuit Judge.
A jury convicted Cesar Torres of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine, methamphetamine, and marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), as sentenced in accordance with 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(b)(1) and 846. The district court sentenced Torres to 151 months' imprisonment, 5 years' supervised release, and a special assessment of $100.
