KING, Circuit Judge:

Christopher A. Hall and William L. Handy, Jr. (together, the "Defendants") appeal from their convictions in the District of Maryland on multiple offenses arising from a drug trafficking scheme. The Defendants' convictions resulted from their second trial in Maryland, following a hung-jury mistrial in that district and two earlier mistrials of related prosecutions in the District of Columbia.
