Defendant-appellant William Fredrick Mohr ("Mohr") appeals the sentence imposed after he pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm. Mohr argues that the district court erred in finding that a prior South Carolina conviction for stalking was a "crime of violence" for the purposes of sentence enhancement under § 2K2.1(a)(4)(A) of the federal Sentencing Guidelines.
