We review in this case the district court's dismissal of a lawsuit that sought to enjoin on-going Louisiana state court proceedings. Appellants contend the district court had ancillary subject matter jurisdiction to effectuate the decisions of an earlier federal court and should have enjoined the state court suit under the "relitigation exception" of the Anti-Injunction Act.
