Wendy A. Oscarson is an employee of the Office of the Senate Sergeant at Arms ("SAA"); she suffers from cervical disc disease and left carpal tunnel syndrome. In 2002, she requested accommodations in the form of ergonomic, high-backed chairs for each of her three work stations. Although SAA officials eventually made these accommodations, Oscarson asserts that in doing so they unreasonably delayed...
