Defendants-Appellants Reginald Hall and David Reeder appeal their convictions and sentences; Hall was convicted of conspiracy to commit money laundering, theft of government property, and money laundering, and Reeder was convicted of aiding and abetting money laundering. Hall contends that the district court erred in denying his motion to dismiss the indictment on the ground that the funds at issue were not government property...
