After completing the obligatory administrative process and receiving a right-to-sue letter from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, an employee of appellant American Center for International Labor Solidarity (ACILS) sued it for discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C § 2000e. ACILS notified its employment insurer, appellee Federal Insurance Company, of the pending lawsuit. Federal denied coverage...
