Plaintiff Pamela Thompson and her four children (collectively "Thompson") sued defendants for alleged violations of Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78j(b), and Rule 10b-5, 17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5, and various provisions of state law. The district court dismissed Thompson's Section 10(b) claim with prejudice under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure...
