TASHIMA, Circuit Judge:
A jury convicted Defendant Warren Armstead of nine counts of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344 and one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1349. On appeal, Armstead contends that the district court committed numerous procedural errors during sentencing and that his 210-month sentence is substantively unreasonable.
