Defendants Mohammed Ali Al-Moayad ("Al-Moayad") and Mohammed Mohsen Zayed ("Zayed") appeal from judgments of conviction in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Johnson, J.). Both were convicted of conspiring to provide material support to designated terrorist organizations Hamas and Al-Qaeda, and attempting to provide material support to Hamas.
