3M Company (3M) brought this matter to compel arbitration with Amtex Securities, Inc. (Amtex) of Amtex's claims in the Southern District of Texas for breach of contract, tortious interference, fraudulent inducement, unjust enrichment, and breach of the duties of good faith and fair dealing. The district court1 granted the motion to compel, and Amtex appeals. We affirm.
