Defendant was convicted of one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine base, cocaine, marijuana, and ecstasy; one count of possessing ecstacy with intent to distribute; one count of possessing cocaine base, cocaine, and marijuana with intent to distribute; and five firearm possession counts. He was sentenced to a 480-month term of imprisonment. On appeal, he argues that two of the counts of conviction were not supported...
