MAT Leasing, Inc., challenges an order entered by the district court during post-judgment collection proceedings. Those proceedings stemmed from a money judgment against Pavement Maintenance, Inc. ("PMI"), on PMI's default, in favor of the three plaintiffs in the litigation: Laborers' Pension Fund, Laborers' Welfare Fund, and James S. Jorgenson, the Funds' Administrator.
