On May 24, 2007, Stephen Espinosa pled guilty to conspiracy to manufacture 5 grams or more of methamphetamine and manufacturing methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and entered an Alford plea to possession of a firearm as an unlawful user of methamphetamine, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3).
