Petitioner Nofita Febriyana Datau, a native and citizen of Indonesia, sought asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture ("CAT"), claiming that she experienced persecution based on her Christian beliefs and the incorrect perception that she is ethnically Chinese.
