Plaintiff Karen L. Jerman filed an action challenging the debt-collection practices of the law firm Carlisle, McNellie, Rini, Kramer & Ulrich ("Carlisle"), and Adrienne S. Foster, an attorney employed by Carlisle, (collectively, "Defendants"). Jerman claims that Defendants violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1692-92p, when they used allegedly deceptive forms to notify her of a foreclosure...
