Plaintiff Karen L. Jerman filed an action challenging the debt-collection practices of the law firm Carlisle, McNellie, Rini, Kramer & Ulrich ("Carlisle"), and Adrienne S. Foster, an attorney employed by Carlisle, (collectively, "Defendants").
