Glenn Delph was found disabled as of April 11, 1988, by the Social Security Administration (SSA). SSA found that Delph's degenerative disk disease of the cervical and lumbar spine, back injury, mood disorder, and schizoaffective disorder precluded work and rendered him disabled.
