Howard and Sheryl Polski (collectively "the Polskis") brought suit against the Quigley Corporation ("Quigley"), alleging that they suffered severe and permanent impairment of their senses of taste and smell due to their use of Cold-Eeze, a nasal spray made and distributed by Quigley for the treatment of cold symptoms.
