Anthony Charles Saddler, Jr., was convicted after a jury trial on all five counts of a superceding indictment, which charged various narcotics distribution and firearms offenses. The district court1 sentenced Saddler to 322 months' imprisonment. Saddler now appeals both his convictions and his sentence, arguing that insufficient evidence supported his drug and firearm conspiracy convictions and his firearm possession...
