SMITH, Circuit Judge.

Federico Juan Negrete was convicted, following a jury trial, of conspiracy to distribute less than 50 kilograms of marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(b)(1)(D). The district court1 sentenced Negrete to 44 months' imprisonment. Negrete appeals, arguing that the district court erred in applying enhancements for Negrete's role in the offense and for obstruction of justice. We affirm.
