This complex appeal arises from an order issued by the district court striking a motion to compel arbitration. The district court had pending before it questions relating to personal jurisdiction and venue. It decided to strike without prejudice the motion to compel arbitration pending resolution of those questions, but it indicated at the same time that it would welcome a refiling after the questions...
