Defendant-Appellant Brent Moe appeals his two-count conviction for aiding and abetting the robbery of a credit union. Moe specifically contends that the district court1 erred when it considered and denied his requests for a continuance outside Moe's presence. Moe also asserts that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to support the guilty verdicts.
