Appellants Jon Chaffee, Amy Chaffee, and Ramalda Bou appeal from the district court's decision granting summary judgment and damages to appellee CoxCom, Inc., after finding that appellants violated the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984, 47 U.S.C. § 553(a)(1) ("Section 553"), and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 1201.
