David McNary sued Schreiber Foods, Inc. ("Schreiber"), alleging that Schreiber terminated him in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C.A. § 12101, et seq. The district court1 granted Schreiber's motion for summary judgment, holding that McNary failed to show that there was a genuine issue of material fact as to whether Schreiber's proffered reason for McNary's termination was pretextual...
