Petitioner Yan Xia Zhu seeks review of the Board of Immigration Appeals' ("BIA") order affirming the opinion of the immigration judge ("IJ") denying petitioner's applications for relief from removal. The BIA adopted the IJ's opinion holding that petitioner's testimony was not credible, and that her testimony, even if believed, did not establish eligibility for asylum.
