Andrew Sonny Jones was charged with one count of bank robbery, a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). After unsuccessfully moving to suppress two eyewitness identifications and evidence seized as a result of his warrantless arrest, Jones pled guilty, reserving the right to pursue those issues on appeal.
