Plaintiffs-Appellants, a group of neighbors in East Genoa, New York ("Appellants"), appeal the decision of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (Scullin, J.) granting Defendants-Appellees Willet Dairy and its owners Scott and Dennis Eldred (collectively "Willet Dairy") summary judgment on all of Appellants' claims.
