Thomas Redd, a native and citizen of Liberia, petitions for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") decision affirming the immigration judge's ("IJ") denial of Redd's application for asylum.2 For the reasons discussed below, we deny Redd's petition for review.
