David Cashius Rhone pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful transfer of an unregistered sawed-off rifle and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm by an unlawful user of controlled substances and the district court sentenced him to 37 months' imprisonment followed by a three-year term of supervised release. As a special condition of his supervised release, the district court ordered Rhone register as a sex offender under the Sex Offender...
