Plaintiff-Appellant Edward Carmona sued his employer of fourteen years, Defendant-Appellee Southwest Airlines Company ("Southwest"), alleging sex discrimination, disability discrimination, and failure to accommodate. The district court dismissed Carmona's suit for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, declining to reach the merits of his claims.
