I. INTRODUCTION

This is a breach of contract action involving two insurance policies (the "Insurance Policies"). Defendant Hanover Insurance Company ("Hanover") issued the Insurance Policies. Plaintiff Commerce Associates, LP ("CALP") commenced this action against Hanover on January 24, 2018.1
