This is an appeal from a final judgment of the Superior Court in favor of the defendants. In this action, the Plaintiff-Appellants assert various tort claims against Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. ("AMD"). AMD moved to exclude certain expert testimony under Delaware Rule of Evidence 702 — a motion that the Superior Court granted after determining that the evidence was not relevant.
