The defendant-appellant, Kalvin Peterson ("Peterson"), appeals from a Superior Court judgment, following a bench trial, convicting him of one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited ("PFBPP"). Peterson's sole claim of error is that collateral estoppel and double jeopardy bar his conviction.
