This is the defendant-appellant's, Rashid Roy's ("Roy"), direct appeal from his judgments of conviction, after a Superior Court jury trial, of Murder in the First Degree, Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited, Assault in the Third Degree, and Terroristic Threatening.
