This is the defendant-appellant's, Cookie A. Hunter ("Hunter"), appeal from his judgments of conviction, after a Superior Court jury trial, of Assault in the Second Degree ("Assault"), Resisting Arrest with Force or Violence ("Resisting Arrest"), and Driving Under the Influence, First Offense ("DUI").
