A jury convicted Adam Norcross for the 1996 murder of Kenneth Warren. The trial judge sentenced him to death in 2001. On a motion for postconviction relief, Norcross raises four arguments. First, Norcross argues that the failure to present some mitigation evidence at the penalty hearing constituted ineffective assistance of counsel.
