Milton Taylor ("Taylor"), the defendant-below, appeals from the denial, by the Superior Court, of his motion for postconviction relief under Superior Court Criminal Rule 61. Following a trial in March 2001, a jury convicted Taylor of First Degree Murder. On July 6, 2001, he was sentenced to death. On appeal, Taylor raises eight claims of error.
