A grand jury indicted Jamaien Monroe ("Monroe") on one count of Murder in the First Degree, one count of Attempted Murder in the First Degree, six counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, four counts of Reckless Endangering in the First Degree, two counts of Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited, and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
