Following a jury trial in the Superior Court, the defendant-appellant, Isaac S. Johnson "(Johnson") was convicted of two counts of Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited, two counts of Possession of Ammunition by a Person Prohibited, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. On the two convictions for Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited, Johnson was sentenced to a minimum mandatory term of imprisonment...
