In this criminal appeal we consider whether the trial court erred in denying appellant's motion to suppress, or in giving a jury instruction. Appellant was a passenger in a car that was stopped for a seatbelt violation. He argues that the traffic stop was a pretext, and therefore violated the Delaware Constitution.
