Barbara Santana was robbed at gunpoint as she attempted to withdraw cash from an automatic teller machine. Video surveillance at the bank captured the events. Police used that surveillance footage to create an "attempt to identify" flyer, which included the operative facts of the crime and two photographs of the perpetrator in the act.
