The defendant-appellant, Dr. Santosh Reddy ("Dr. Reddy"), appeals from the final judgment that was entered by the Superior Court in favor of the plaintiffs-appellees, PMA Insurance Co. and CNA Insurance Co., as subrogees of Harbor Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, Inc.
